The entertainment and children’s club was brilliant.

Our experience was marred by a serious ant infestation in the room upon check-in. After requesting assistance, we ended up sleeping in another room that was still noisy due to the entertainment outside. we encountered a cockroach during our stay, which was completely unacceptable.

the coffee at breakfast was the absoluteley worst coffee ever, almost like they boiled it with socks. also, the heated pool was still quite cold, not exactly what one woudl expect. i was sure to receive some special treatment for the inconvenience but apparently, that’s too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but couldn’t.

I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the bubbling jacuzzi during my stay. The chilled vibe made it easy to unwind, and I really appreciated the refreshing cocktails by the pool bar. Only downside was the occasional noise from the evening entertainment, but it didn't ruin the chill experience! 🍹

Three pools, one for kids with a slippery slide. Nice location, close to the beach. Entertainment staff engaged kids well with fun activities. Rooms were a bit dated and had uncomfortable beds. The food selection lacked variety during meal times. Half board felt limited without complimentary drinks in the evenings.

We enjoyed a great week here! The buffet served varied meals each night, ideal for our family. We loved the rooftop terrace for sunbathing and getting away from the kids for a bit. Pro tip, check with fellow guests for hidden amenities.

I had an amazing experience staying here! The food was a delightful surprise, with a different kind of fish every day alongside a delicious selection of meat, pizza, and pasta. The room was kept impeccably clean every day. the housekeeping staff even folded my PJs! Plus, the location was just perfect, super close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it a breeze to explore.

my family and i had an amazing valentines day stay. the food was consistently fresh and offered a great variety, which exceeded my expectations from last year in playa de las americas. the staff, especially tina, were incredibly accommodating with the kids and made our stay truly special.
